Eau Claire’s Shortest Sidewalk Parade Kicks off a St. Patrick’s Day Fund-raiser for WHYS radio. The 4th Annual WHYS St. Patrick’s Day Celebration begins at 5 30pm with a sidewalk parade recognizing the Irish heritage in Eau Claire. Parade walkers are encouraged to carry a sign boasting their Irish family name or ancestry. This short parade will start at WHYS radio station and finish at the Acoustic Café. Following the parade, there will be an evening of music, food, drinks and fun for families and folks of all ages including live Irish music by Take 3,an Irish singing contest, jokes/limericks contest and raffle drawings. Admission $5 individuals / $10 families.
